5. Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a MickeyMack error (e.g., wrong item or defective carpet).
For returns due to our error, MickeyMack will cover the return shipping costs.
6. Non-Returnable Items
Due to the distinctive nature and carefully curated craftsmanship of our carpets, each piece is regarded as a one-of-a-kind item. Therefore, we are unable to accept returns for products that have been used, damaged, or modified after delivery.

Once the returned carpet has been received and confirmed, your refund will be processed within 8 business days. A refund confirmation email will be sent after processing.
9. Exchanges
We support product exchanges at no additional fee. Customers wishing to exchange a carpet should contact our customer service team for assistance.
10. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed. Once an order has been processed or shipped, cancellation is no longer possible.
